CONTRACT FOR 2021 EXHIBIT SPACE

 

This application for exhibit space at the Interstate Center in Bloomington, IL on the dates of March 5-7, 2021, for the Bloomington Normal Area Home Builders Association Home Show will become a contract between the Bloomington-Normal Area Home Builders Association (Hereinafter called "Organizer") and the undersigned representative below (Hereinafter called "Exhibitor") upon acceptance by management and is based upon the terms set forth below and on the rules and regulations which must be strictly adhered to by the exhibitor, their employees, and representatives. This contract is deemed binding when the Organizer receives the non-refundable payment-in-full and an executed and signed contract.

To Reserve your Booth Space/Virtual Show

Booth Space Prices are as follows:
Deposit : $257
Member : $759
Non-Member : $859

There is a fee if paying by credit card via PayPal. Additional fees for banners, water, forklift, internet and the $35 Interstate Fee will be included with your final payment if a physical show is possible.

The individual submitting this form warrants that he/she has been duly authorized to execute this binding contract and that the Exhibitor will continue to fulfill these terms even if the individual ceases to be part of the exhibitor's company. The submission of this form and type-written e-signature also verifies that the included Exhibitor information has been read and agreed to.
